Santander is the southernmost town of Cebu Province. It is the location of  sea ports that connect to Negros Oriental. Fast craft boats ferry passengers to Sibulan and Amlan which is 20 minute ride.This is in lower Liloan (near and along the sea),a part of barrio Liloan,Santander.Adjacent to this place are the nice beach resorts like Peebles,Marine village,and many others.Fresh fishes are available anytime of the day because fishing is one of the prime occupation of the people.Old folks are the original fishermen of the famous Moro-Ami.This is the place of the late Congressman Crisologo Abines.
